Yesterday’s Highway of Tomorrow

Here is a sampling of Walt Disney’s vision of what transportation in the future might look like. This clip is excerpted from a 1958 “Disneyland” TV Show episode entitled “Magic Highway USA”.
Although most of the innovations imagined here have not come to pass, it’s interesting to see that some have! Note the navigation system and rear view “back-up” camera.
